Bought 6 led solar light bulbs a few months ago,one stopped working within a week,now two months later another one!
They are OUTDOOR bulbs that need the sun to charge them up,water was found in the first one that went even though they were all screwed up tight.Im guessing it's gained access through the little solar panel on top.
I am disappointed I have to say,I have purchased from them before and the first product is still going strong.
Customer services told me to give them photographic evidence of the fault,but to be honest I would just rather pack them in a box a send them back!
I would most definitely say that these and probably most of the glow companies products are made in china!

Love the light only thing is I need to get ladders out when I want it on as the button is right at the top, could do with a remote to switch on and off. otherwise it’s lovely

Plug-in Inset Killer is ineffective - it simply doesn't work and it wasn't cheap. Dozens of flies are all around it and landing inches away from the device, but it has so far killed only 4 flies. A complete waste of money. It doesn't deserve the * I had to opt for.

The Glow Company has interesting and often quirky items which enhance the garden-for me at least. I have placed the daisy solar lights in the rockery where they suit it just fine Thank you

I have 3 dogs and ordered 3 of the glow balls for them. The balls arrived the next day but one of them had the “squeak” missing. I informed the company and they contacted me straight back saying they would replace it. The replacement arrived the next day! I now have 3 very happy dogs....
Can’t recommend this company highly enough; their customer service is excellent.
